Mt. Elgon Agroforestry Communities Cooperative Enterprise Ltd (MEACCE Ltd) is pleased to announce opportunities for young graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program. As a farmer-owned cooperative enterprise based in Eastern Uganda, MEACCE Ltd works with smallholder farmers to promote sustainable coffee production, agroforestry practices, value addition, and improved household livelihoods.

In line with its commitment to empowering Women and Youth in the coffee sector, MEACCE Ltd provides structured internship opportunities designed to help recent graduates transition from academic learning to real-world professional experience. The program offers hands-on exposure, mentorship, and practical skills development within a dynamic agricultural enterprise.

For the 2026 intake, MEACCE Ltd invites qualified, motivated, and recent graduates (0–2 years after graduation) to apply for the following Graduate Trainee positions:
