Operations ManagerLuke is responsible for all operations matters i.e overseeing activities, coffee sourcing, processing, marketing and export. He is a graduate of horticulture from Makerere University with basic knowledge in crops agronomy, extension education and research.

AccountantMaria Theresa is an accountant at MEACCE . She holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. With four years of experience in the accounting field, she is more than capable to handle the money issues at MEACCE.

Quality AssuranceChristine is in charge of Quality Assurance at MEACCE. She holds a certificate in strategic procurement and logistics Management. A certificate in Coffee Quality management and cupping and has 18 years of experience in coffee.

Certification officerTom holds a bachelors degree in Agriculture with Group Science and management.Tom joined MEACCE in 2022 as a certification officer.
